OLDS - Many restaurants in Olds remain closed today or are offering limited service as they contend with a boil water advisory.
The advisory was issued Sunday afternoon after a Friday power outage at the Anthony Henday Water Treatment Plant near Innisfail caused sludge and sediment to travel down the main line into Olds when the system was restarted.
Restaurants like Boston Pizza closed early yesterday when the advisory was issued only to be in the same situation Monday.
Boston Pizza is offering only take out and delivery service.
"We will remain closed to dine in service for the time being," the restaurant posted on social media.
Our Flames Restaurant and Lounge is another business that is closed today due to the advisory.
The water situation also led to Tasty Thai closing Monday.
