We have all been there, and it starts so innocently. “Do you want to look at a new TV dear?” you hear your wife ask from the living room.

Doctor's Appreciation Day, or as it is known in many parts of the world, National Doctor's Day, is an internationally recognized event, held annually around the world.

I wish to make a comment about the blue bins that are to be now delivered to ALL homes in Olds. This was supposed to be a pilot project but those of us who were not in the pilot project still had to pay the monthly use of them.

Although I have lived in Sundre for 16 months, it still amazes me how friendly and welcoming people are. The other day I was in line to purchase groceries at Sobeys.

Re: Cab company feud - March 11, 2014 To the Melchiors: In my opinion it is unreasonable to expect to pay a one-way fare for a two-way trip. To the cab company: Perhaps you could offer a bit of a discount for a two-way trip. Maybe $12 instead of $16.

I am writing this letter for your paper to give a huge bouquet to the staff of the Olds Hospital. My daughter had some surgery in January 2014 at the hospital and it was a wonderful experience for her and me.

Thank you to my neighbours at 5233 and 5301 44 St., Olds. They have the two corner lots on either side of the entrance to Mount View Close where I live.
