Innisfail RCMP hosting Penhold town hall

The Innisfail RCMP in collaboration with the Town of Penhold will be holding a town hall meeting Oct. 30 at 6:30 p.m., at the Penhold & District Library.

There will be presentations from the RCMP on priorities and crime stats, the community peace officer program, Penhold fire services, victim services and Citizens on Patrol.

There will be also be an open mic to ask any questions citizens have regarding any of these program areas.

"Town halls are a great way for community members and RCMP officers to connect and share ideas around community safety,” says Staff Sgt. Ian Ihme detachment commander Innisfail RCMP. “RCMP use public input from town halls to set and adjust future policing priorities.”
