An accused killer will be back in court next month following a brief appearance in Didsbury provincial court on Dec. 1.
Laura Coward is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her nine-year-old daughter Amber Lucius, whose body was found in a vehicle on a rural road near Sundre on Sept. 2.
Coward made her third court appearance wearing a black sweatshirt before Judge G. Meagher via closed-circuit television from Calgary yesterday.
Her next court date is set for Jan. 5 to appear via CCTV in Didsbury provincial court.
Police officers have not released the cause of death or the exact location where the body was found.
