SUNDRE - Voting results in the Rimbey-Rocky Mountain House-Sundre riding will be delayed until after 9:46 p.m. tonight (May 29), not after 8 p.m. as originally scheduled, according to the division’s returning officer.
At about 4 p.m. Elections Alberta put out a Tweet stating that, “Due to a delay in opening, Sunchild Admin Building in Rimbey-Rocky Mountain House-Sundre will offer voting until 9:46 p.m. Election results for this electoral division will be delayed until voting has concluded at this location.”
Returning officer Tricia Hewitt told the Albertan that the complete results from the division will not be released until the results from the Sunchild Admin Building poll are compiled. She declined to predict when they may be.
