Hit and run at Home Hardware
A hit and run took place in the Home Hardware parking lot in Sundre on March 30.
Sundre RCMP constable Val Dennis said in a press release that a red 2011 Dodge pickup truck was hit while parked there.
The incident took place sometime between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Transformer shot with rifle
A transformer on a power pole was shot with a rifle, causing damage, sometime between March 27 and March 30.
The transformer is located west of Bearberry, near the Bearberry gas plant, said Const. Dennis, in a press release.
“Police are requesting that anyone who may have been in this area and able to provide vehicles' or suspects' descriptions to please come forward,” said Dennis in the press release.
“Information can be kept confidential.”
Break and enter at Bonavista gas plant
A break and enter took place at the Bonavista gas plant sometime during the Easter weekend.
Someone broke into the site office at the plant that is currently under construction, said Sundre RCMP constable Val Dennis, in a press release.
The site is located near Rge. Rd. 60 and Twp. Rd. 340, in Mountain View County.
The thief or thieves stole an estimated $2,000 worth of property from the site.
It occurred between the evening of March 29 and the morning of April 1.
