Students will be attending tournaments in Edmonton and Whitecourt in November. With the upcoming belt testing quickly approaching a number of the students will be working extra hard to ensure they are ready for the next level.

A number of the higher belts will be attending Poomse (patterns) training seminars throughout the province.

Poomse competition has become very popular around the world with athletes able to compete in individual, pairs and team categories.

Alberta is working toward being a strong contender at the National Championships to be held in early 2012.
