Penhold hosts International Women's Day event

Penhold welcomed women from across the region for its International Women’s Day event at Penhold Memorial Hall, on Saturday, March 30. Participants enjoyed a variety of activities, guest speakers, a lunch and networking opportunities. One activity women took part in was an exercise program called Pound Fit, pictured here.
