Innisfail area artist Dean Foster has won the $25,000 first prize in Calgary’s CJAY 92 radio's Spread the Word contest. The contest winner was announced today (April 22) on CJAY's Morning Show with Jesse & JD. Foster's massive caricature on land east of Innisfail claimed the prize over dozens of other entries.
