Members with the Innisfail fire department, workers with Clean Harbors environmental and industrial service provider and hazardous waste disposal company, along with summer students with the town's public works department were on hand to collect and dispose of hazardous waste materials during Innisfail's Hazardous Waste Roundup on Saturday (May 4).

The event ran from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the parking lot at the Innisfail Curling Club, and saw Innisfail area residents dropped off such things as old paint, spray paint, electronics including tv's, computers, and small appliances, propane tanks and batteries.
