Innisfail Fire, RCMP and EMS crews were called to a motorcycle accident late Saturday afternoon (April 20).
Tim Ainscough with the Innisfail Fire Dept. confirmed that emergency crews received a call around 4:40 p.m. Saturday and attended the scene of a motorcycle crash on Little Red Deer Road, just up from the Innisfail Golf Club.
A group of motorcycles were travelling eastbound on Little Red Deer Road when one male driver skidded, hit a road sign and landed in the adjacent field.
No one was seriously hurt according to Ainscough, but the male was transported by EMS to local hospital for assessment and observation.
No other details were available.
