INNISFAIL - Police are no longer seeking the public's assistance to find a missing Innisfail youth who was last seen on April 20.
Bailey Dykstra has been located safe, RCMP said in a press release issued this morning.
"The RCMP would like to thank the public and media for their assistance," the statement said.
Innisfail RCMP Sgt. Ian Ihme said in a news release issued April 21 that the last communication 15-year-old Bailey Dykstra had with her family was through a text message on April 20.
Ihme said the teen may have travelled to Olds.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the missing youth was asked to contact the Innisfail RCMP detachment at 403-227-3341 or their local police.
