INNISFAIL - The Freedom Conservative Party's (FCP) candidate for the Innisfail-Sylvan Lake riding is out of the provincial election race.

Olds & District Chamber of Commerce president Mark Johnson isn't very impressed with the federal budget. He says the budget, announced Tuesday March 19, offers little for central Albertans, and Olds residents in particular.

DIDSBURY -- Staff from the Didsbury Veterinary Services clinic are challenging any businesses in the Mountain View County area, and particularly veterinary clinics, to go green on Green Shirt Day on April 7.

More than 175 people attended the 2019 Alberta Farm Animal Care Association (AFAC) Livestock Care Conference at the Pomeroy Inn & Suites in Olds on March 20-21. The theme of this year’s conference was Partners in Progress: Tools for Success.

DIDSBURY -- Residents got the chance to check out the Town of Didsbury's proposed new land use bylaw at an open house on March 13 at the train station.
