January 31, 1950 - March 21, 2023
Marilyn Feeg went to be with Jesus, her Lord, on March 21, 2023, at the Brentwood Care Centre in Calgary. For the past several years she fought a brave and determined fight against cancer.
Marilyn is survived by her brother Curtis Feeg (Corinne) and their sons Matthew (Samantha), Nathan and Jordan, her sister Cynthia Bork and her son David, her brother Jeffrey Feeg (Cindy) and their sons A.J. and Brandon (Allyson) and their daughter Noa.
Marilyn was predeceased by her parents Harold Feeg and Zelle Feeg (Brower), and her nephew Ryan Bork.
Marilyn was born in Didsbury, Alberta, and attended school there, completing her high school at James Fowler in Calgary, where she studied music and drama. She later attended SAIT and Olds College. She was employed in secretarial and receptionist positions with both large and small companies in Calgary.
Marilyn enjoyed the performing arts and volunteered in various capacities within the Calgary arts community. Marilyn was a very social person and made many friends. She belonged to numerous clubs and organizations including Centred Singles and the 55+ seniors’ group at Centre Street Church.
There will be a celebration of life for Marilyn at Centre Street Church – Central Campus at 1 pm on Tuesday, April 18. ( 3900 2 St. NE, Calgary).
Marilyn’s remains will be interred at a later date at Didsbury cemetery.
