It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lorna Gladys Maerz, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, on June 27, 2021, in Olds, AB.
Lorna is survived by her husband Vern Maerz; son Rob Maerz (Jacqueline); daughters Kim Bevans (Shane) and Julie Pieper (Mike); as well as 8 grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. She is also survived by her sister Colleen Yaskiw; mother-in-law Eldred Maerz and brother-in-law Wayne Maerz (Lorna).
She was pre-deceased by her parents Keith and Dorothy Helton; father-in-law Reuben Maerz and brother-in-law Jake Yaskiw. A private family service was held at the Maerz Cemetery, west of Three Hills, AB.
