1941 - 2022
The family of Mr. Joseph ‘Joe’ Meehan of Innisfail, Alberta is saddened to announce his passing on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at the age of 81 years.
Joe will be lovingly remembered by his sister, Marion (Edward) Lavallee, his nephews, Vance (Amanda) Lavallee, Brian (Sherri) Lavallee, Dale (Lea) Lavallee, his great nephews, Wyatt, Landon, Kale, Boston and his great nieces, Tatum, Payton and Sawyer. Joe will also be dearly missed by Dionne Nichols and family, Dustin Nichols and family, and many close relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents, Harry and Isabel Meehan and his aunt, Mary MacDougall.
A Celebration of Joe’s Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No. 104, 5108 - 49 Avenue, Innisfail, Alberta on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. If desired, Memorial Donations in Joe’s honor may be made directly to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 104, in person or online at www.legion.ca.
