About 90 people came out to The Bowl for the fourth annual Bowling for Boobs on May 2.The event, which was organized by Scotiabank, is on pace to exceed its breast cancer fundraising target.

About 90 people came out to The Bowl for the fourth annual Bowling for Boobs on May 2.The event, which was organized by Scotiabank, is on pace to exceed its breast cancer fundraising target.That night, $5,400 was raised from registration, a silent auction and a bake sale.The Two Cylinder Club also donated $2,000.According to Scotiabank's Krista Vansickle, who volunteered at the event, the goal was to raise $7,500.“I think it went really well. I think we did excellent,” she said. “We had a good turnout. We raised kind of where we were hoping to raise.”Vansickle said there's more money to come, with the silent auction closing at the end of the month.She added that they are also waiting for a corporate sponsor to match what they've [email protected]
