OLDS – The nominees have been chosen for the annual Olds Chamber of Commerce Business Awards banquet.
The nominees will be revealed during the annual Business Beer & Blue Jeans evening on Sept. 25 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Werklund Agriculture & Technology Centre on the Olds College of Agriculture and Technology campus.
That’s a free event, but attendees do need to register online via the chamber of commerce's website.
The Small Business Awards Night, when the winners in each category will be announced, will be held on Oct. 24 at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 105 in Olds.
Tickets for that event are $50 and registration is also available through the chamber’s site. Murray Elliott, chair of the Chamber's Small Business Awards Committee, noted tickets for the awards night will also be available during the Business, Beer & Blue Jeans event.
