Court hearings involving an Olds High School student accused of sexual assault, forcible confinement and assault are subject to a publication ban, imposed in Didsbury court on May 5.The ban came at the request of the Crown prosecutor.The 15-year-old defendant was not in court but will make his next appearance on May 26, when he is scheduled to enter a plea.The charges stem from an alleged incident involving a 14-year-old victim that happened at the school on March 25, according to police.
