Jackson, 46, stands accused of robbing the TD Canada Trust on 50 Avenue in Olds on June 4.
He is also accused of theft under $5,000 and driving while disqualified.

Appearing in person on Aug. 26, Jackson told the court he had yet to secure legal advice and wanted to get legal aid before court proceedings went any further.
He reserved election of proceeding by judge and jury, judge alone, or entering a plea.
The matter was set over until Sept. 23 in Didsbury court.
