A spectacular fire at the Cremona Forage Processors plant on Wednesday afternoon destroyed about 300 tons of hay and the large steel shed it was being stored in.

A vehicle stolen from Calgary was found recently being driven by an Olds man now charged with possession of stolen property. On July 22 around 11:30 a.m., police stopped a white 1986 Ford Ranger in the area of 65 Avenue and 46 Street.
