I found the comments in the July 16 edition of the Round Up, as well as the story in the Aug. 2 edition of the Mountain View Gazette regarding a pilot contraceptive program for free-roaming horses informative but needing some clarification.

Guess I was a little confused about MPC's attitude to the removal of one "old" tree by a little building contractor. Small lot, dense housing, big tree in the wrong location, something's gotta be done.

In Simon Ducatel's Aug. 2 opinion, “Times change, so should our electoral system”, he states that if today's conservatives had their way, they would have demanded a referendum on whether women, and non-property owners should have a vote.
