About 25 years ago while covering provincial court for a Calgary newspaper on a decidedly unsettling Monday morning, Judge Hubert Oliver had decided enough was enough.

Affecting far too many young people, including right here in West Central Alberta, bullying is one of the great downsides of the education experience in Alberta in 2013.

A notice to anyone who knows a clean-cut man in his 30s or 40s with short, dark hair who drives a black, sporty, two-door car. This man was at my moving/yard sale on Friday, July 26, with two children (a boy and a girl between eight and 12).
