Sundre Skating Club’s ranks grow
The Sundre Skating Club has seen some growth compared to last year. “We’ve got a very large group this year of the pre-learn and learn-to-skate program,” said club president Lamar Tobin, adding there are about 40 children registered.

Colts fall twice on weekend
DIDSBURY - The Mountainview Colts dropped consecutive games on the weekend after beating Three Hills 13-1 on Wednesday at home. The Colts fell 5-2 to Cochrane at home Friday and 6-5 in overtime on Saturday in Strathmore.

Strong season for JV girls' volleyball team
It's onward and upward now for members of Olds High School's JV girls' Grade 9 volleyball team. Their season came to an end earlier this month when they finished fourth in South Central Zones in Okotoks, according to head coach Kelvin Beaudry.
