The family of Gardiner Smith is deeply saddened to announce his passing on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at the age of 80 years.
Gardiner was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. He was a teacher and family man to his core, leaving an immeasurable impact on his pupils and colleagues through his 30+ years of teaching. “Big Bird’s” ability to captivate an audience by telling the stories of his life is remembered fondly by all.
