Re: Government defends carbon tax, Olds Albertan, Feb. 14. I find it quite amusing that Mr. Wittmeier, and the government he represents, base what they are doing in regards to global warming on their opinion. But I guess that is all they can do.

Regardless of whether Sundre's council chooses to pursue the provision of broadband through a municipally- or privately-owned network, one thing remains undeniably crystal clear.
