Four Sundre High School students recently competed against Alberta's best after qualifying for the 2017 high school cross-country provincials.

Two equestrian vaulting clubs near Olds ñ Meadow Creek and Diamond Willow -- dominated during the 2017 Alberta Equestrian Vaulting Association/Saskatchewan Equestrian Vaulting Association Provincial Vaulting Championships.

The Olds High School Spartan girls soccer team should be a power to be reckoned with in the coming years, according to Karla Pohl, who coaches the team along with Taylor Grenier.
