INNISFAIL - Hundreds of citizens from Innisfail and across Central Alberta came to Centennial Park on the afternoon of June 30 and stayed to nearly midnight to celebrate Canada's 152nd birthday.

RED DEER COUNTY – Innisfail RCMP is investigating a two-vehicle collision at a regional highway intersection that claimed the life of a motorcycle driver. Cpl. Jon Cormier, a spokesperson for the RCMP, said the accident occurred at about 1:30 p.m.

INNISFAIL - Following repeated "super dangerous" games of chicken with trains by young school children, the town is redoubling its efforts to end the potentially deadly activity at a popular unregulated railway crossing area near the schools campus.
