Air travel options out of the Red Deer Regional Airport are expanding to one more point north as of Dec. 1. Northwestern Air will travel non-stop between Red Deer and Grande Prairie four days a week departing at 7:30 a.m.

Mounties are investigating another series of car thefts in and around Innisfail. From November 14 to 22, six motor vehicles were stolen in town, while two others – both stolen in Red Deer – were later recovered in Penhold and Innisfail.
