The Olds Grizzlys ownership group and staff have a new longer-term strategy for the junior A hockey club to win on and off the ice.

The Sundre Novice Huskies stirred up some nail-biting excitement during their recent home tournament. The local squad hosted seven teams at the Sundre Arena on Nov. 11 and 12, and successfully sailed on through to the final against Airdrie.

INNISFAIL – The Birds of Innisfail will host former NHL players, coaches and officials in the team's first-ever NHL alumni game. The event, which comes in the Eagles' 70th anniversary season, takes place Nov. 25 at the Innisfail Twin Arena.
