Olds youth chosen in WHL Bantam draft
An Olds youth was drafted during the Western Hockey League (WHL) Bantam Draft in Red Deer May 2. Avery Trotter, a defenceman, was drafted in the fifth round, 103rd overall, by the Spokane Chiefs. He stands 6-1 and weighs 163 pounds.
